Founded in 1952 | Registered with ICAI in 1964

For over seven decades, V.S. Gupta & Co. has been providing professional services in the areas of taxation, audit, accounting, corporate compliance and financial advisory.

The firm was founded in 1952 by CA R.R. Gupta and CA V.S. Gupta and was subsequently registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1964. Since then, the firm has evolved with the changing business and regulatory environment while continuing to uphold the professional values on which it was founded.
